A group of Swedish inventors presented a brand-new protection for the cyclists who due to some reason refuse wearing helmets.
The Hövding collar is a sort of airbag for a cyclist which is placed around cyclist’s neck and inflated within 0.1 second, thus preventing the impact.
It took Anna Haupt and Terese Alstin six years to created the Hövding collar. The Daily Mail says the price for the airbag is currently £370, but the price is likely to fall if the collar goes into mass production.
