Wheel flew off a truck and landed in a medical facility
An unusual road accident occurred in the agro-town of Mezhlesye, Beryoza district: a wheel from a truck flew into the building of the local outpatient clinic.
The incident occurred around midnight on December 17, 2024, reports Bereza.by.
According to preliminary data, a Scania truck, driven by a 49-year-old resident of Beryoza, had its semi-trailer detach while driving on the highway on a road curve. As a result, a wheel detached from the front axle, which then hit the building of the local outpatient clinic.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the semi-trailer was not approved for road use.
