National Bank to Issue 'Father' Coin
The National Bank announced that it plans to issue 18 names of commemorative coins in 2026.

Among the planned coins:
- 'Lake Narach' from the 'Mystery of Belarusian Waters' series;
- 'Black Stork' from the 'Bird of the Year' series;
- 'Dazhynki' from the 'Belarusian Holidays and Rituals' series;
- 'Staradarozhski Costume' from the 'Belarusian National Costume' series;
- 'Father' from the 'Tree of Life' series;
- 'Perun' from the 'Slavic Mythology' series.
A new series of bimetallic commemorative coins with a denomination of 2 rubles is also planned — 'Hunting and Fishing': 'Wild Boar', 'Roe Deer', 'Hare', 'Duck', 'Perch', 'Pike', 'Roach', 'Crucian Carp'.
In addition, commemorative coins will be issued dedicated to anniversary dates: the 35th anniversary of the founding of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the 80th anniversary of the founding of OJSC 'Minsk Tractor Works'.
