Ceiling sagged in a multi-storey building in Vitebsk
On January 8 at 12:28 PM, the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information that an interfloor slab had sagged in one of the apartments of a residential building on Peramohi Avenue.

Upon arrival at the scene, it was found that a reinforced concrete ceiling slab, measuring 1.5 by 6 meters, had sagged in an apartment on the first floor of a nine-storey building.
While the building structures were being inspected, MES employees evacuated 34 people from the entrance, including four children. There were no casualties.
The causes of the incident are being investigated. Six units of equipment were deployed to eliminate the consequences.
