In December, an apartment for 489 thousand dollars was bought in the first Drazdy. This is the most expensive apartment sold in Belarus last month, reports Realt.
The apartment is located in a six-story frame-block building from 2007 on Piyañerskaya Street. The area is well-established and prestigious.
The sold apartment is a three-room apartment spanning 120 square meters. Exactly 489 thousand dollars were paid for it. The price per square meter comes out to 4061 dollars.
