Clever and nimble young man crashed into a fence twice for insurance
In Gorki, a 29-year-old local resident, driving a Voyah Free , lost control due to difficult weather conditions and crashed into a metal fence.
Having deliberately left the scene of the accident, the offender later learned that according to insurance rules, without a police report, he would only be compensated for part of the damage.
Then the man returned and staged a second incident with the same fence, after which he called the traffic police unit.
