The house, which is currently for sale, is located on the outskirts of Grodno in the Zarytsa-4 microdistrict. It was built in 2017. The total area is 240 square meters.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen-living room with a dining area and a French cast-iron fireplace.
Two of the three bedrooms are children's rooms. In one of them, the bed is made in the shape of a boat.
But the main highlight of this house is on the second level. The seller himself calls the second floor of his house a chill-out zone for relaxation, recreation, and solitude.
There is a home theater with a hookah lounge and a real bar with a large selection of alcoholic beverages and a four-meter long bar counter. Behind a screen in one of the corners is a study area.
Above the bar counter are two neon signs with the inscriptions "Mood" (настрой) and "Love" (Каханне).
It seems the owner of the house truly knows how to relax, as in addition to the second floor, there are other relaxation zones. The plot has a bathhouse with an antechamber equipped as a kitchen.
