It is reported that the managers and officials of these companies organized a system where drivers kept cash from clients as an undeclared part of their income. If such funds were insufficient (for example, if passengers often paid by card), taxi company offices would additionally issue cash to drivers, which the companies had cashed out in advance.

A portion of non-cash payments was withdrawn by the management through corporate cards under the guise of "household expenses." To cover this, fictitious receipts and documents from gas stations, service stations, car washes, and other establishments, obtained from acquaintances, were used and included in accounting and tax records.

As a result, the taxi companies failed to pay personal income tax amounting to more than 5 million rubles. The outstanding debt to the Social Protection Fund is also currently being calculated.

16 criminal cases have been initiated against five managers and officials. The suspects have been detained, and their property and funds in the companies' accounts have been seized.
