Pro-government blogger Dzmitry from Orsha showed the condition of the Flag Square in the city. As can be seen from his video, utility services never reached the location. Consequently, the blogger himself could not reach the flag in the center of the square, writes BGMedia.

"What's wrong with our State Flag Square? Why is it all covered in snow? Today is January 28th, and the square is inaccessible. And this is the Heroes' Park. There's an Ice Arena here. And generally, it's unclear why they aren't cleaning it," Dzmitry wonders.

Previously, a large sum of money was allocated for the construction of the Park of Labor Glory with a stele, flagpole, and Square of State Symbols in Orsha. One flagpole alone cost 2 million 60 thousand rubles, and that was not even the final amount.

An active discussion unfolded in the comments under the pro-government blogger's video. Many Belarusian users did not support his complaints and began asking the author uncomfortable questions. Some even ironically advised him not to complain, but to take a shovel and clear the snow himself.

People wondered if, in his opinion, it was really necessary to clear squares first, and only then deal with roads, sidewalks, bus stops, access roads to hospitals, polyclinics, kindergartens, and schools. Others asked where he was when everyone was clearing snow, and why he didn't come to help.

In addition, many commentators joined the general criticism of the work of utility services. Someone ironically noted that the whole problem lies in the so-called "optimization." Others compared the situation with previous years, noting that roads and sidewalks in the city were cleared much faster and better before, but now the situation looks like complete chaos. Some expressed themselves even more sharply, stating that this year the housing and communal services (HCS) have failed almost everywhere.
