The Belarusian army practices strikes using "Polonez-M" and "Iskander-M"
The exercises are taking place, among other things, at a significant distance from permanent deployment points, in forested and swampy terrain, the Ministry of Defense reported .

According to Major General Ruslan Chekhov, Head of Missile Forces and Artillery of the Armed Forces — Head of the Missile Forces and Artillery Department of the General Staff, several military units were involved in the exercises. They worked at three training grounds and several areas of terrain.
"For all military units of the missile forces, these were unfamiliar locations, which, of course, complicated their work. During the control exercise, there were many movements, they marched long distances of up to 300 kilometers. There were no equipment failures," he said.
During the exercises, countermeasures against enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups were also practiced, as well as conducting combat operations under the influence of drones, including FPV drones.
"The exercise also included combat launches: they were carried out both day and night, in difficult weather conditions. The missilemen coped with all tasks honorably," said Ruslan Chekhov.
