First meeting of Trump's 'Peace Council' began in Washington
Joint photos and videos before the start of the meeting show the presidents of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and Ilham Aliyev, as well as the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan.

Aliaksandr Lukashenka was also invited, but he either did not allow himself, or Moscow did not allow him to fly. Foreign Minister Maksim Ryzhankou was supposedly going to be there, but ultimately he also did not fly.
Among the participants of the event are no leaders from most EU countries, Russia, China, India, and Brazil. However, the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orbán, is present.
