Since the beginning of the year, several disruptions have been recorded in public transport operations due to infrastructure damage, particularly — broken contact networks. As a result, trolleybus movement repeatedly stopped on many city routes.
Oleg Dyubenko is 59 years old. He was born in Bishkek, but lived in Gomel since childhood. He received his higher education in Kharkiv.
He spent his entire career in the "Minsktrans" system. He started as a master at trolleybus depot No. 3, then worked as an engineer, rose to the position of chief engineer of "Minsktrans," and then general director. He was appointed to this position in 2020, replacing Leontiy Popenka, who headed "Minsktrans" for almost 15 years.
