Iran is fully ready for a "protracted war" and plans to use weaponry that has not yet been used in the conflict, said Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini, a representative of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, according to the Iranian agency ISNA.
He also noted that Iran is now better prepared compared to the 12-day war in the summer of 2025.
Previously, Donald Trump stated that the US expects the operation against Iran to last about four weeks.
