Dollar returns above three rubles in trading
At the start of trading in Minsk on March 19, the dollar is getting more expensive by 1.95 kopecks, reaching 3.0141 rubles.
Yesterday, the dollar rose by three and a half kopecks, and the euro by 5.75 to 3.4464.
At the beginning of the year, the American currency was 2.9027, and on January 22, it even dropped below 2.85.
