“What I like about Trump is that he speaks his mind. I like this approach. Because we see the true policy and goals of the American leadership. And we see who Americans are. I like that,” Lukashenka said.
Aliaksandr Lukashenka noted that Donald Trump is an actor in the good sense of the word, and also a businessman, journalist, economist, and a bit of a politician.
Lukashenka emphasized that he also always speaks openly when he believes that the current administration in the United States and Donald Trump himself are acting incorrectly and making various mistakes. “War in Iran, Venezuela — they captured Maduro,” he cited as examples.
Aliaksandr Lukashenka also noted that the incumbent president is facing serious pressure within the US, including from the military. “Or perhaps some deep state. Americans are already talking about it,” he remarked.
