Situation: a child misbehaves in class, disturbing others. Does the teacher have the right to put them outside the door? The Ministry of Education responded: no, they do not.

The department referred to the Education Code: every student has the right to receive education, as well as to respect for their honor and dignity and protection from all forms of violence.

In addition, their safety must be ensured during the educational process. Teachers are obliged to work at a professional level, comply with ethical standards, and respect students.

So how to punish a transgressor? The department named both permitted methods and full prohibitions.
