Kellogg criticized NATO and proposed creating a new alliance with Ukraine's participation
The former US President's special envoy to Ukraine stated that there might be a need to create military alliances alternative to NATO.

In particular, Kellogg criticized NATO and proposed forming alternative alliances. He stated this on Fox News, writes "Ukrayinska Pravda".
In his opinion, the US might apply Article 13 of NATO, having previously warned the alliance and given it a year to prepare for the US withdrawal.
"Restructure the defensive structures we have, perhaps create them with Japan and Australia, and with some of those European countries that are ready to enter the war, such as a new, re-integrated Germany or Poland. Or even Ukraine, which has also proven itself to be a good ally," said General Keith Kellogg.
