What is the grandson of the famous composer and author of "Kalykhanka" Vasiliy Rainchyk doing?
21 years ago, the young man performed on the same stage with Ksenia Sitnik at Junior Eurovision-2005 — then the Belarusian team won gold.
The grandson of People's Artist of Belarus, composer Vasiliy Rainchyk, who is named after his grandfather, is also involved in music. This year, under the pseudonym Wasssup, he released a solo album "Happiness Through Pain".

"Everyone in my family is a musician, and I am no exception," Vasiliy says about himself.

In total, over two years of his project's existence, Vasiliy has recorded more than 40 songs. Some of the most popular — "I'm Walking Through the City" and "Stuck" — have achieved platinum status according to the standards of the Federation of the Music Industry. The first track alone has been listened to almost three million times on Spotify.
In an introductory video on Instagram, Vasiliy admits that he is currently in a tired state.
"I wanted to restore my faith in myself. There's always a choice to give up and stop, but that's not my story. I believe that my music will find its listener, and maybe you are the one who didn't know someone like me existed."
