Initially, the man paid off the loans taken in this way to avoid suspicion. But when he encountered financial problems, payments stopped and arrears began.

Banks began sending debt notifications to people who had not taken out any loans. After this, the victims contacted the police.

The investigation established that the man had issued at least three loans for a total amount exceeding 13 thousand rubles. He used the money to pay off his own debts and for personal needs.

It was also revealed that he had previously been convicted of large-scale property embezzlement and was prohibited from working with material assets. Despite this, he committed a crime again.

During interrogation, the man admitted his guilt and said that he had expected to pay off the loans himself so that no one would notice, but he ran out of money.
