According to the agency, two passengers had problems with their luggage. In both cases, it was a matter of exceeding the norms for duty-free import of goods — currently no more than 500 euros, and no more than 25 kilograms.
In the first case, a citizen of Belarus was carrying 35 items of clothing totaling more than 9,000 rubles. In the second, the import of 27 units of clothing and footwear worth approximately 7,000 rubles was discovered.
As noted by the Customs Committee, in both cases, the passengers did not declare the goods upon entry.
The violators were brought to administrative responsibility.
