Police reported that the attacker was arrested, writes Bild.
The incident occurred after Pahlavi spoke at a federal press conference. The police did not provide any other details.
It should be noted that Reza Pahlavi, who had actively called on Iranians in Iran to resist since late December, has rarely appeared in the information field after the US and Israeli strikes on the country on February 28.
