Forest rangers spotted cute bunnies PHOTO FACT
Bunnies became an unexpected find for the employees of Vileika Experimental Forestry. While tidying up, they noticed fluffy lumps — and photographed the animals, writes Kraj.by.
As explained by Dmitry Bondarenko, the forester of Izhskoye Forestry, the mother hare, guided by the instinct of self-preservation, temporarily left her babies to avoid attracting the attention of predators.
Dmitry also shared that wild animals — roe deer, moose, and other representatives of the fauna — are often encountered during work. Recently, for example, a capercaillie was spotted.
According to the forester, during this period birds can show aggression, diligently protecting their territory, and may even hinder the passage of machinery.
