Today Perm is burning again in Russia. It seems there's no more air defense in the Urals
Explosions have rocked million-strong Perm again; a new fire started after a drone attack.
Around 7 AM, explosions were heard in the city, and smoke rose into the sky, local residents reported. The Astra channel, citing local residents, wrote that an explosion occurred in Perm, after which a warning about an accident with a "hazardous substance release" was broadcast from loudspeakers.
It became clear from the video that, among other things, the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez oil refinery in the Ural city was burning. At least one of the primary crude oil refining units was completely destroyed by fire.
Yesterday, Ukrainian drones attacked the largest facility of the Perm district oil pipeline department — the "Perm" linear production and dispatch station.
Also overnight, UAVs attacked Dzerzhinsk in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The target of the attack was the Sverdlov explosives plant.
