Currants, gooseberries, ice cream glaze, cashew nuts, honeysuckle, and Yucca schidigera plant extract have been added to the more than 300 positions already presented at the trades. Exchange transactions have already been concluded for all these goods.

Representatives of the exchange emphasized that there are no "random" goods on the platform. The inclusion of any new position in the list of those admitted to exchange trading is the result of a deep market analysis and a comprehensive assessment of the goods according to criteria of demand, liquidity, and scalability.

According to the BUCE (Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange) data, from January to April, the total value of transactions for the sale of food raw materials on the domestic market reached 47 million rubles, which is 1.7 times more than the similar indicator for 2025. During this period, 68 companies made transactions for the purchase of goods in this group, and 132 for the sale. In January-April 2025, there were 53 and 81 such companies, respectively.

By the way, this year the largest sales volumes accounted for refined oil, complex food additives, starter cultures for dairy products, fruit and vegetable purees, food lactose, pectin, birch juice, and flavorings.
