People guess who owns the house, suggesting that it definitely has an owner, otherwise it would have been demolished: "Maybe they use it as a rest stop for combine operators."
The photo's author, Alexander, with the nickname zigan2001, wrote that he would try to "teleport through the rapeseed and, without breaking the law, show it up close and, if possible, from the inside."
