For the body to fully rest, continuous leave should last no less than 10 days. The first 4 days are spent solely on the body being able to simply catch up on sleep after working days. On the 7th day, the recovery itself begins, and a person starts to feel a desire for some activity.
Philip Guly also added that for a quality mental and psychological reset, a change of scenery and proximity to nature are important.
