"Manchester City" officially announced the departure of head coach Pep Guardiola.
Pep managed "City" since 2016. Under his leadership, the team won 20 trophies — the Premier League 6 times, the FA Cup and Community Shield 3 times each, and the League Cup 5 times. In addition, with him, the club won the Champions League, the Club World Cup, and the UEFA Super Cup.
This season, "City" lost the championship to "Arsenal" in the penultimate round of the English championship, was eliminated in the 1/8 finals of the Champions League, but won the League Cup and the FA Cup.
Guardiola is expected to be replaced at the club by Italian Enzo Maresca, who was sacked by "Chelsea" in the middle of the season.
