Ukraine's Foreign Minister announced Tsikhanouskaya's visit to Kyiv
Andriy Sybiha announced the planned visit to Ukraine of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, leader of the democratic forces of Belarus, reported the Interfax-Ukraine agency.

«Ukraine is in contact with representatives of the democratic forces of Belarus. And one of the leaders of these representatives is Ms. Tsikhanouskaya. And we will welcome her in Kyiv, because it is important for us to maintain ties with the Belarusian people,» Andriy Sybiha said during an online meeting with journalists on May 22.
The Minister emphasized that it is important for Ukraine that Belarus «does not turn into a powerless province of Russia».
«We know how that ends,» he added.
