The famous Belarusian racing driver Vyacheslav Russkikh has died. He was a Master of Sports of the USSR and Belarus in motorsports, a medalist of the USSR championship, and a multiple champion of Belarus in rally and autocross.

"Belarusian motorsports have suffered a great loss: Vyacheslav Sergeevich Russkikh has died. After completing his sports career, Vyacheslav Russkikh, working as a coach, trained a whole pleiade of racing drivers who successfully compete in various motorsports disciplines. He dedicated a lot of effort to training young pilots, passing on all his experience and knowledge. On behalf of Belarusian athletes and our organization, we express our deep condolences to his family and friends," reports autorul_by.

The farewell ceremony for Vyacheslav Russkikh will take place tomorrow, May 30, in Minsk at Kulman Street, 33, starting at 13:00.
