It is 1200 zlotys (283 euros).

The number of foreigners insured with ZUS (the insurance fund) increased from 293,200 people in 2016 to 1,288,800 people by the end of 2025. This is more than a fourfold increase. Moreover, in the last 12 months alone, the number of legal foreign workers increased by eight percent, writes "Dzic Pic. Honestly about Polish affairs".

The average pension for a foreigner is only 1,200 zlotys per month (283 euros). This is significantly lower than the average Polish pension nationwide, which was about 4,000 zlotys (945 euros) for the same period.

As economists explain, foreigners have been massively present on the Polish labor market for a maximum of 11-12 years (active recruitment began after 2014).

They simply do not have a long insurance history in Poland; their contributions have not had time to accumulate and undergo many years of indexation, unlike local citizens who have worked here their entire lives.
