Sergey Aksyonov, the head of annexed Crimea, announced that long-distance trains will only be able to operate on the peninsula from 5 AM to 11 PM.

28 trains are affected.

Due to the changes, some trains that were scheduled to run at night will arrive at Kerch-Pivdenna station (on the peninsula near the Crimean Bridge). After arriving at Kerch-Pivdenna, passengers will be able to continue their journey by bus. The other part of the night trains will run to Simferopol from 5 AM to 11 PM.

On Monday, the AFU attacked the Moscow — Simferopol train, and the driver's assistant was killed. Train movement on the peninsula was then suspended.
