18-year-old boy drowned in Mogilev
The young man, along with his acquaintance, came to the beach in the evening to relax.
On the evening of July 18, a tragic incident occurred in Mogilev — an 18-year-old boy drowned while swimming in Svyatoe Lake.
Around 9:45 PM, the young man, along with his acquaintance, arrived at the beach. While swimming, the boy suddenly disappeared under the water and did not resurface.
A report of the incident was received by the Grebenevskaya rescue station of OSVOD at 10:01 PM. Rescuers pulled the boy out of the water. Medics, who arrived at the scene, pronounced the young man dead at 10:52 PM after conducting resuscitation measures.
