The idea of opening the store belongs to local entrepreneur Vazgen Ayrapetyan, who has been working in trade and public catering for over 25 years. He decided to create a place where people could buy real fresh pastries, which, according to him, was lacking in the settlement.

The peculiarity of the bakery is the use of old technologies. They have abandoned modern additives, preservatives, frozen semi-finished products, and baking powder. The dough is prepared according to recipes and technological maps of the 1980s, using only traditional ingredients: flour, water, sugar, salt, and yeast.

For baking, real deck ovens were installed. The process requires a lot of time and effort: for fresh buns to appear on the shelves by 10 AM, workers start their work as early as 6 AM.

The store's assortment is quite wide. They sell pies with cabbage and potatoes for 2.20 rubles, with meat or ham and cheese — for 2.70 rubles, pies with egg and onion — for 2.50 rubles. There are also sausages in dough, pizza, lavash, and cheese flatbreads with garlic.

For lovers of sweets, they offer buns with poppy seeds and cinnamon, sour cream cakes, as well as donuts with cream and jam, which have become some of the most popular items.

In addition to pastries, the store operates as a regular "convenience store": you can buy sausages, smoked meats, dairy products, red fish, caviar, hygiene products, and stationery there.

The new retail outlet is located in Machulishchy at Hvardzeiskaya Street, 10a.
