One of Russia's largest milk packaging manufacturers burned down during a drone attack near St. Petersburg
One of Russia's largest manufacturers of dairy packaging, JSC "Primekartonpak," ceased operations after a fire in the Leningrad region, Vedomosti writes .
This is the former plant of the Norwegian company Elopak, located in the "Utkina Zavod" industrial zone in the Vsevolozhsky district.
Until Elopak's departure from Russia in 2022, the enterprise was considered one of the largest manufacturers of specialized packaging in the country. After the Norwegian company's exit, the plant came under the control of Russian management.
According to SPARK-Interfax data, since 2023, the sole shareholder of JSC "Primekartonpak" is the company "Packaging, Management and Investments," owned by Pavel Vylegzhanin and Vladislav Gromov. Both previously worked at Elopak.
In 2025, the manufacturer's revenue grew to 2.47 billion Russian rubles (30 million dollars), but net profit decreased by 7.3 times — to 27.9 million rubles (340 thousand dollars).
