You will be surprised by its leniency.

At the end of April, a video went viral on social media showing guards apprehending a passenger right on the platform of "Kamyennaya Horka" station. Eyewitnesses wrote that before this, the man, who turned out to be a tourist from Smolensk, was running through carriages, trying to fight with security and even hit his young daughter.

The cause of the conflict was that the passenger, showing clear signs of alcohol intoxication, was denied entry to the station, but he managed to force his way to the carriages.

As a result, the 28-year-old Russian citizen was convicted of violence against employees of the Minsk Metro security service. The Prosecutor's Office of Frunzensky district reported more details of the April incident.

After the passenger, his wife, and young daughter were not allowed into the metro, they went upstairs to call a taxi. But the tourists were not satisfied with the waiting time for the car, and to avoid being late for the train station, they tried to force their way into the subway again.

Already on the platform, the family was stopped by a security guard who reminded them that intoxicated people are not allowed on the metro. As a result, the man pushed the inspector and ran towards the train. But, to his misfortune, it was a train that had brought passengers to the terminal station.

As a result, the Russian man and his family began to flee through the carriages from the guards, and then he punched one of them in the face. It all ended with detention and a criminal case.

However, the verdict of the Belarusian court against the guest from Russia turned out to be extremely lenient. He was sentenced to three months of arrest and 1000 rubles in compensation for moral damages to one of the injured guards.
