During the inspection, it was revealed that LLC "Valerkom" was selling oranges and mandarins at prices significantly exceeding the calculated ones, taking into account state-imposed restrictions.

Oranges were sold at 25 rubles per kilogram, although the price, formed in accordance with legislation, should have been 8.89 rubles.

Mandarins cost from 19.90 to 35 rubles, whereas the permissible price should have been between 5.44 and 8.89 rubles.

Instead of the allowed trade markup within 33-34%, the company set a markup from 274.7% on oranges to 424.58% on mandarins.

As a result, the Economic Court of Minsk Region brought "Valerkom" to administrative responsibility. The company was fined more than 30 thousand rubles. An official was also held accountable.

The court decisions have already entered into force.
