The famous "Cherdak" bar, located on Zybitskaya Street in Minsk, is for sale.
"Simple style in everything — a modern democratic interior, developed by a Lithuanian design studio," — states the advertisement.
The establishment is sold with custom-made furniture, bar and kitchen equipment, sound and DJ equipment, and a projector.
The bar's area is 205 m², plus an additional summer terrace of 110 m².
The price is 2.9 million rubles, or almost $984 thousand.
The "Cherdak" bar opened in 2013. At that time, it was one of the most fashionable establishments in the capital. The bar was already put up for sale in 2024.
