Romania has resumed issuing visas to Belarusians
The Consular Section of the Embassy of Romania in Minsk resumed its work on August 20. Belarusians can now once again submit documents for short-term Romanian Schengen visas in Minsk.

The reception of documents was suspended back in May and was not conducted for about three months. This is not the first interruption in the work of the Romanian consulate in Minsk this year.

Since Romania is part of the Schengen area, short-term visas issued by its consulate are Schengen visas.
However, the announcement about the resumption of work does not specify how many slots are available for appointments, how long the processing of applications will take, or for what period visas will be issued.
