Gomel State Technical University filmed an original advertisement to attract foreign students. In the video, a girl throws a slipper at foreigners on the porch, after which they run and rush into the university's doors.
“Applications for foreign students are officially open! We are waiting for you until October 15!” — says the caption to the video.
Foreign students are invited to study in the specialties "Information Technologies", "Economics and Management", "Oil and Gas Engineering".
The video went viral. And many foreigners responded in the comments, asking how to enroll. Others joke that those who came up with such an advertisement should be rewarded.
Currently, about 150 foreign students are studying at the university from Russia, Morocco, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Turkmenistan, China, and other countries.
