The Regional Administrative Court of Lithuania dismissed the complaint of the Vilnius company "Dage Capital" and found lawful the fine of 418,677 euros imposed on it by the Financial Crime Investigation Service for violating international sanctions. This was reported by the court.

The company sold luxury cars to several firms registered in the United Kingdom and Poland. Soon, the cars were resold through third parties, exported to Russia, and registered there.

The Service concluded that by selling the cars, the company participated in circumventing prohibitions established by international sanctions.

Additionally, it was revealed that the company, whose shareholders are citizens of Belarus, held and used four accounts in the Belarusian "Alfa-Bank," which is controlled by sanctioned individuals.

Since October 2025, the shareholders of "Dage Capital" have been 59-year-old Vitaliy Davydau and 54-year-old Maryna Varantsava-Halbas. Davydau has been the head of the company since July 2020.

"Dage Capital" was registered in Vilnius in 2010. Officially, the company's main activity is freight road transport, and on its website, it offers transport services across Europe. The company's turnover in 2022 was 6.6 million euros, in 2023 — 4.4 million, and in 2024 — 6.5 million euros. Net profit for 2024 was about 28 thousand euros.
