In Bad Freienwalde, Germany (Brandenburg state), a 43-year-old Belarusian was detained in a discount store. He tried to take out a full bag of chocolate. This was reported by the Brandenburg police.
The incident occurred on October 5th at noon. According to the police, the man dropped money and started picking it up. At that moment, store employees looked into his bag and saw that it was filled to the brim with chocolate for which he had not paid.
Notably, on the same day in the same store, a security guard caught another man, a 37-year-old Romanian citizen, stealing chocolate. He was more successful than the Belarusian, managing to take out a full backpack of sweets. But in the end, he was also found.
