“And this is one of the most critical issues,” wrote the President of Ukraine.
Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine's partners did not provide intelligence on the missile strike on Kyiv.
“Unfortunately, there was no warning from partners about this strike. Intelligence data on the launch of Russian ballistic missiles helps save lives, and this is one of the most critical issues. This is precisely what helps prevent killings when there is a warning about ballistic missiles,” stated the President of Ukraine.
On the evening of October 12, Russia launched a ballistic missile strike on Kyiv. The missiles were detected by radar directly during the attack. The Ukrainian Air Force stated that no information about missile launches from the territory of the Russian Federation had been received.
