Dollar dropped below the three-ruble mark
At the start of trading in Minsk on Monday, the American currency is falling by 1.77 kopecks to 2.9921 rubles.
Trading will continue until 13:00.
At the beginning of the year, the dollar cost 2.9047, then it crossed the three-ruble mark a couple of times and fell below it again.
In May, the dollar fell to 2.72. Then there was growth again, again three rubles, and even 3.0792 at the beginning of September. After that, the decline started again.
