Belarusian Railway to disable online ticket purchases tonight
On the night of October 22-23, Belarusians will temporarily be unable to buy or return train tickets online. Belarusian Railway warned that online services will be unavailable for five hours due to technical work.

From 00:00 to 05:00 on October 23, 2026, the "Passenger Services" section on the pass.rw.by website will not be working. The restrictions will also affect the "BC. My Train" mobile application. Passengers will not be able to view train schedules, purchase electronic tickets, or return them. This applies to trains with both numbered and unnumbered seats.
During the technical work, Belarusian Railway offers several alternative ways to purchase tickets. They can be bought or returned at railway ticket offices. Tickets for trains with unnumbered seats can be issued at self-service terminals. Train schedules for trains with numbered seats can be clarified by calling the BC contact center at 105.
Tickets previously purchased through the website will not disappear. Information about them can be viewed in the "BC. My Train" mobile application by logging in with the same username and password used on the pass.rw.by website.
After the completion of technical work, online services should resume operation. Belarusian Railway apologized to passengers for the temporary inconvenience.
