The tanker was loaded in the Russian Baltic port of Primorsk on October 22. It is expected to arrive in the United States on November 7.
Russia agreed to lift its self-imposed restrictions on diesel fuel exports and supply fuel to global markets, including the USA, following an agreement reached between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Trump.
Trump is trying to lower diesel fuel prices ahead of the US midterm elections on November 3.
Russia will be able to increase diesel fuel exports to 3-3.5 million tons per month by the end of the year, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said last week.
