The service has been operating in Belarus since March 2009. It is developed by the eponymous company Ticketpro. It is engaged in tourism-related activities. The owners of the company are CJSC BISMART and hockey club Dinamo-Minsk. Ticketpro is considered the largest ticket operator in the country and sells tickets both online and at retail outlets.
The company considered updating its brand already in the summer. At the end of June, it submitted an application to the National Center for Intellectual Property for the registration of a trademark with elements of the new logo. It was registered in September 2026.
The new logo differs from the previous one in colors, shape, and font. The registered trademark is protected in black, blue, and light blue colors. These same colors were used in the design of the updated website.
The login procedure for the personal account has also changed: now it can be done using a mobile phone number. For previous purchases to be displayed correctly in the account, it is also necessary to specify the email address that was used when purchasing tickets previously.
