A curious coincidence in Minsk: the municipal authorities start decorating the city — preparing it for the Independence Day on July 3 — on the day of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War.
The banner saying ‘Happy Holiday’ which appeared on the day of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War (June 22) looks a bit… strange.
