Minsk authorities reported on the results of yesterday's flood in Chervyakova Lane
In Chervyakova Lane in Minsk, an inspection is being carried out on the territories that were flooded after the burst water pipe on December 9. The causes of the damage to the 600mm pipeline are still being determined, writes the "Minsk-Novosti" agency.
The incident led to a decrease in water pressure in the area of Navavilenskaya — Chervyakova — Maksim Bahdanovich — Nekrasov — Orlovskaya streets — Shevchenko Boulevard. As a result, some parts of residential buildings and gardens were flooded.
"The pipeline damage has been rectified, and water supply has been fully restored. As of now, no appeals from residents of the district related to yesterday's incident have been received, either electronically or in writing," the administration of the Central District reported. "First Deputy Head Aliaksandr Matsevich visited the owners of residential buildings where land plots and outbuildings were flooded, and clarified whether they needed assistance. By agreement with the homeowners, a property inspection will be conducted with the drawing up of an appropriate act in case of damage."
