Iran will not enter a second round of negotiations with the US without the fulfillment of "five confidence-building conditions". This was reported by the Iranian state agency Fars.
According to the agency's source, these are the demands Tehran sent to Washington in response to the American 14-point plan.
Among the conditions: an end to the war on all fronts, lifting of sanctions, unblocking of frozen Iranian funds, compensation for war damages, and recognition of Iran's sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz.
Fulfillment of these demands is necessary to create a "minimum level of trust" between the parties, the state agency's source reported.
