«Russia is again trying to drag Belarus even deeper into its war against Ukraine. But Belarus is not Lukashenka. The Belarusian people do not want this war and do not want our country to become a staging ground for new aggression against Ukraine or Europe,» Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya wrote.
She thanked the Ukrainian leader for speaking about these threats and called for unity to stop Russia's attempts to spread the war across the entire region.
«Thank you, Mr. President Volodymyr Zelensky, for clearly and persistently speaking about these threats. We must unite to stop Russia's attempts to spread the war throughout our entire region,» emphasized the leader of the Belarusian democratic forces.
